Claim your listing
If you run a club listed on this site, the listing is yours. Claiming is free, takes about two minutes, and there is nothing to buy — now or later.
How it works
- Send the claim form. Tell us which club, who you are, and anything you would like changed.
- We check it is really you. Either reply from an email address at your club's own domain, or send us a message from the club's official Instagram. This protects your listing from being claimed by anyone else.
- We make your edits. Price, description, ages, links, photos — all of it. You know your club better than we do.
- You get the badge. A "Listed on Kids Mail Clubs" badge for your own site, if you want one. Entirely optional.
What claiming does not do
It does not move you up any list. Claimed and unclaimed listings are ordered identically, and there is no way to pay for position here. Claiming means your listing is accurate and under your control — that is all it means, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.

Why is my club listed when I never submitted it?
We compiled the directory by researching clubs publicly listed elsewhere and checking their own websites. It is the same thing a magazine roundup does. If you would rather not be included, tell us and you are out.
Do I have to link back to you?
No. The badge is offered because some club owners want it; it is not a condition of being listed or of claiming.
Can I add photos?
Yes — send them with your claim. We resize and optimise images before publishing, so send the best quality you have and we will handle the rest.
